Initiation and Tasting
Provençal and creative cooking lessons are proposed by our Chef to small groups (around 10 people) in the Hostellerie's kitchen during one afternoon finishing by a gourmet dinner. Famous Chefs are meeting together at Le Phebus.
During one and half a day, you will prepare six different dishes following one on a theme basis.
Aperitif, selection of wines, mineral water and coffee are included.
During 2 or 3 hours the Chef will demonstrate with its recipes and you will prepare.
Our wine waiter will expose according to the dishes and the wine during the dinner tasting.
A booklet will be delivered to each person.
Rates and conditions:
Min 5 persons – Max 35 people.
The rate is 200 Euros per person for cooking lesson and dinner
And 50 Euros per person for the cooking lesson only, without dinner.
