COOKING CLASS BY XAVIER MATHIEU

Initiation and tasting

Cooking lesson with Provencal recipes are given by our chef of the Phébus & Spa***** gastronomic restaurant, for an afternoon with the possibility to end it with a gourmet dinner.

Two different types of cooking class exist :
-"PRIVATE, EXCLUSIVE COOKING CLASS, SPA & DINNER" at the rate of 4150€/pers

Cooking class of 3 hours offering the preparation and demonstration of recipes as well as a meal including the various preparations made during the afternoon. Following the preparation and demonstration, you will enjoy the access to the Spa and all the equipments for 3 hours (outside and inside pools, jacuzzis,steam room, fitness room, sensory shower), and finally a dinner in 6 tasting-courses including beverages in the restaurant "La Table de Xavier Mathieu" or in "Table d'hôte du Chef".

-"COLLECTIVE COOKING CLASS" at the rate of 135€/pers

Cooking class of 3 hours offering the preparation and demonstration of recipes as well as a meal including the various preparations made during the afternoon in small groups of 10 persons.

A summary and a diploma are given for each participant.
